What we do

Full-service restoration, start to rebuild.

One licensed team for the entire loss: emergency mitigation, drying, remediation and the reconstruction that puts your home back together.

The difference

We work for you. Not your insurance company.

Most restoration jobs get scoped to fit the insurer's budget. We scope them to fit your home, and we bring the documentation to back every line.

  • Same crew, start to finish

The team that arrives the first night is the team that hands back your keys. We do not subcontract the rebuild to whoever is cheapest that week.

  • Documented to IICRC S500

Every loss is photographed and logged from the first walkthrough, so the scope is defensible and the claim is built to be approved in full.

  • We deal with the adjuster

We speak their language and back every line item with the standard, so you are not negotiating your own claim during the worst week of your year.

  • Independent, not insurer-owned

We answer to you, not to a carrier's cost-cutting program. That is the whole difference.

How it works

Four steps from flood to finished.

  1. 01

    Call & rapid response

One call, day or night. A crew is dispatched the same day to stop the damage from spreading.

  2. 02

    Inspect & document

We map the moisture and photograph every loss to the IICRC S500 standard from the first walkthrough.

  3. 03

    Mitigate, dry & remediate

Extraction, structural drying and remediation, with daily readings that prove the work.

  4. 04

    Rebuild & final inspection

The same crew rebuilds to pre-loss condition and walks the finished job with you.

When it's your home

We treat your home like it's ours.

A flood or a fire is one of the worst days a family has. The restoration part should be the easy part. That is our job.

One name and number

You get a single point of contact who actually answers, not a call center and a ticket number.

Plain-English updates

We tell you what is happening to your home in words that make sense, before we do it.

We handle the paperwork

You focus on your family. We handle the documentation, the carrier and the scope.

Treated like our own

We show up to a stranger's worst day and work like it is our own house. That is the job.

Plumbers: refer with confidence.

You find the water, we handle the rest, and your customer thanks you for sending us. A flat fee per qualified referral, every loss documented to S500, and we never compete for your plumbing work.

Questions

Answers before you call.

Does my homeowners insurance cover water damage?

Most policies cover sudden, accidental water damage such as a burst pipe or a failed water heater. Gradual leaks and outside flooding are often excluded. We document the cause and the loss to the IICRC S500 standard so your claim is supported, and we bill your carrier directly.

What is Category 3, or black, water?

Category 3 is grossly contaminated water, such as a sewage backup or floodwater, that can carry bacteria and pathogens. It needs containment, protective equipment and safe disposal. Do not clean it yourself. Call a certified crew.

How fast do I need to act after a flood?

Within 24 to 48 hours. Mold can begin to grow in about a day, and standing water keeps destroying materials every hour it sits. We answer 24/7 and dispatch the same day.

Do you bill my insurance directly?

Yes. We work with all carriers and bill them directly, so you are not fronting the cost. We are not an insurer's preferred vendor, which means we document the full scope for you rather than trimming it to save the carrier money.

What areas do you serve?

The San Fernando Valley and Ventura County, including West Hills, Woodland Hills, Northridge, Encino, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Oxnard and the surrounding cities, from our West Hills and Camarillo offices.
